How To Get A Six Pack In A Week

Been trying to get a six pack, but to no avail? Would you like to know how to get a six pack in a week? Well in this post I am going to tell you just how to get that six pack in just 7 days.

I am not saying that this will be easy. As a matter of fact if you want to accomplish this in a week, then it won't be. Am I trying to discourage you? Not at all. I just like to tell the truth, if you want to get a six pack in a week, then you will have to make some sacrifices, but they will pay off.

First let me say this...

...this post is not for someone who is more than 15+ pounds over weight, or has a body fat percentage of more than 15% for men and 19% for women, give or take a % or two. This post is for people who need that last little bit of help to get that six pack abs.

If you don't fit into that category above, does that mean that you should run away, that's up to you, but if I were you I would still follow these steps below to start working toward getting that six pack abs. Maybe you will get a 1 pack first, then a 2 pack, a 4 pack abs, and soon you will have a 6 pack that you will be proud of.

You can use this info below to drop a couple of percentage points of fat every 7 days and soon you will have a six pack.

Oh and for legal purposes, in case you pass out or can't handle this, ou must check with your doc before trying any type of diet or workout program including this one ;)

How To Get A Six Pack In A Week - 5 Rules

1. You can only eat foods from this following list:

Chicken breast, turkey breast, kidney/black/navy/pinto bean, any type of fresh veggie except avacado, any type of fruit except goji berries, non-fat or 2% milk, egg whites (only for the 7 day period then eat the whole egg), and no "white" foods (like white bread or white potatos).

2. Only take in 1800 calories if you are a man, or 1200 calories if you are a lady per day. Most of these calories must come from protein sources. It is of the utmost importance that you get in enough protein. It is easiest to cut out foods high in fat (including cooking oils and condiments) and high calorie drinks like beer and sodas.

3. Burn at least 500 calories per day doing some type of physical activity. Exercise of any kind will work here. The whole goal is to burn off 500 calories everyday.

4. Do this workout on day 1, day 3, and day 6:

The Sit up circuit: Do 35 crunches, 10 twist on each side, 35 sit ups, 15 side crunches on each side, and 15 reverse crunches. That counts as one circuit.

Don't take any rest during the circuit, but take a 3 minute rest after you've gone all the way through. Repeat this 4 times.

5. Measure your body fat the morning you start this 7 day routine, on day 3, and on day 6. If you are seeing results, but need that extra little kick then you will need to be super strict on your diet, and increase the amount of calorie you burn on day 6 to 1,000. This may mean that you need to do two workouts. One in the morning and one in the evening. Repeat this on day 7 also. Measure your body fat and look at that 6 pack on day 7 at night before you eat.

Although it will be tempting, Do not look at your abs everyday. Just wait till day 6 and then again on judgment day, which is day 7.

Note: The only reason this program will not work is if you don't keep to the calorie requirements or you don't burn the amount of suggested calories.

What to do now. Pick a day and freakin' get started. No way in the future. Tomorrow or the next day. Don't wait. Do it. It's only 7 days...don't be a wussy. lol ;)

You now know how to get a six pack abs in a week, just do it!
